We keep our prices clear and simple, with no surprise facility fees.
All visits are done by video or phone with licensed clinicians for adults in California and Nevada.
Your First 3 Months at a Glance
(Meds, labs, and devices are separate and billed by pharmacies, labs, or other vendors.)
Most patients start with:
- New patient visit: $100
- Two follow-up visits: $80 each
If you use our SendSlim Starter Bundle,
your first three visits cost:
Starter Bundle (3 visits): $220
Includes 1 new patient visit + 2 follow-ups (used within 3 months)
Without the bundle, those same visits would cost $260.
The bundle saves you $40 on your first 3 months of professional care.
Visit Pricing
New Patient Weight-Loss Visit – $100
A full medical weight-loss evaluation
This visit includes:
- Review of your health history, medications, allergies, and goals
- Discussion of past diets and programs you’ve tried
- Screening for medical risks and weight-related conditions
- A first plan for lifestyle changes
- A careful discussion about whether weight-loss medication may be safe and appropriate for you
Typical length: 45–60 minutes (video or phone)
Follow-Up Visit – $80
Check-in and adjust your plan
This visit includes:
- Review of your progress and any side effects
- Discussion of labs or test results (if done)
- Changes to your medication plan (if needed and appropriate)
- Support for food, movement, sleep, and stress
- Clear next steps until your next visit
Typical length: 20–30 minutes (video or phone)
Optional Packages & Plans
SendSlim Starter Bundle – $220
Best for new patients
Includes:
- 1 New Patient Weight-Loss Visit
- 2 Follow-Up Visits (to be used within 3 months)
If purchased separately, this would be:
- $100 + $80 + $80 = $260
With the bundle, you pay $220 and save $40.
This is a good option if you know you want a full first 3-month plan with regular check-ins.
Ongoing Care Plan – $80 per month
For patients who want steady support after the first 3 months
Includes each month:
- 1 Follow-Up Visit (20–30 minutes, video or phone)
- Use of secure messaging for simple, non-urgent questions between visits (not for emergencies or new serious symptoms)
Details:
- 3-month minimum recommended for best results
- Unused visits do not roll over to the next month
- Labs, medications, and devices are billed separately
This plan is optional. You can also book single follow-up visits at $119 as needed.
What’s Included in Visit Fees
Your visit or plan fee pays for the professional time and services of your SendSlim clinician. This includes:
- Reviewing your intake forms and medical history
- Your telehealth visit (video or phone)
- Placing lab orders (if needed)
- Reviewing lab results and adjusting your plan
- Sending prescriptions to your chosen pharmacy when medically appropriate
- Documenting your care and coordinating with other providers when needed
What’s Not Included
The following are not included in SendSlim visit or plan fees:
Lab tests and blood work
- These are usually billed by the lab (for example, Quest, Labcorp, or a local lab).
Medications
- This includes any weight-loss medicines, GLP-1 medicines, or other prescriptions.
- Medication prices can vary widely depending on the drug, dose, pharmacy, and insurance.
Devices
- Such as smart scales or other home monitoring tools.
Services from other clinics or providers
- Imaging centers, specialists, urgent care, or emergency rooms.
We will explain your options and try to help you choose affordable labs and pharmacies when possible, but we do not control their pricing.
Labs & Medication Costs (What to Expect)
Labs
Your clinician may order baseline or follow-up labs such as:
- Blood sugar (like A1c or glucose)
- Kidney and liver function
- Cholesterol and triglycerides
- Thyroid tests
- Other tests, depending on your health history
Depending on your insurance and the lab you use, out-of-pocket lab costs can range from low tens of dollars to a few hundred dollars. You can:
- Use your insurance if the lab accepts it, or
- Pay cash prices directly to the lab
We can often work with recent labs from your primary care provider if they are up to date.
Medications
We do not guarantee that any patient will receive a prescription.
If weight-loss medications are used:
- Some patients with good insurance may pay as low as a few tens of dollars per month for certain GLP-1 drugs (like Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound) when covered.
- Cash-pay prices for these medications can be several hundred dollars per month or more depending on the specific drug and pharmacy.
Your clinician will:
- Review the risks, benefits, and alternatives
- Help you understand likely costs before you decide
- Offer non-medication options if drugs are not safe, not affordable, or not appropriate for you
Insurance & Reimbursement
SendSlim Clinic mainly operates as a cash-pay telehealth clinic.
- We do not bill your insurance directly for visits.
- On request, we may be able to give you a receipt or superbill you can send to your health plan.
- We cannot promise that your health plan will cover or reimburse any part of your visit, labs, or medications.
Any coverage decision is made by your insurance company, not by SendSlim.

- FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, if allowed by your FSA
Payment is usually due:

- You may cancel or reschedule a visit up to 24 hours before your appointment time with no fee.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows may be charged up to the full visit fee and are usually non-refundable.

Not for Emergencies
SendSlim is not an emergency service.
If you think you might be having a medical emergency — for example:
- Chest pain or trouble breathing
- Sudden weakness, confusion, or trouble speaking
- Severe allergic reaction (swelling, difficulty breathing)
- Thoughts of harming yourself or others
📢 Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away.
