About SendSlim Clinic

SendSlim Clinic is an online medical weight-loss clinic for adults in California and Nevada. All visits are done by video or phone with licensed clinicians, so you can get real medical care for weight management from the comfort of home.

SendSlim is part of the Affection Health Care family of services, which also includes SendClinic (urgent care telehealth), Unity Pain Management, and DOT Modesto. Our goal across all clinics is the same: simple, safe, and caring medicine that respects your time and budget.

How SendSlim Works

We keep the process clear and simple:

  1. Online Intake
    You fill out a secure online form with your health history, medications, and goals.

2. Telehealth Visit (Video or Phone)
You meet with a licensed clinician. They review your history, talk about your struggles and goals, and decide if you need labs or other tests.

 

3. Plan & Possible Medications
Based on your health and results, your clinician creates a plan. This may include:

– Nutrition and activity guidance

– Help with sleep, stress, and habits

– Weight-loss medications, only if safe and appropriate for you

 

4. Follow-Up & Support
You check in regularly by telehealth. We review your progress, lab results, and side effects (if any) and adjust your plan as needed.

We do not promise a certain number of pounds lost in a certain number of days. Every body is different. Our job is to guide you safely and honestly.

You must be physically in one of these states at the time of your telehealth visit for us to provide medical care.

You are always welcome to read our educational content from anywhere, but we can only treat patients in states where we are licensed.
